Cancellation of stay
Reimbursement of the holidaymaker, of the sums paid and retained by the campsite.

Late arrival
Reimbursement to the holidaymaker of sums paid and not used, following a late arrival.

Interruption of stay
Reimbursement of the holidaymaker, of sums paid and not used, in case of obligation of premature departure.

Replacement vehicle
Following a breakdown, a material accident or theft during the stay, we will take care of the rental of a replacement vehicle.

COVID
Coverage of cancellation costs in the event of COVID illness, quarantine following a positive COVID test, contact case, etc.
